Mention Rate: how often you are mentioned at all. Citation Rate: how often you are cited with a source. Average position: where you appear in the answer. Share of Voice: your share compared to the competition.

Four quality layers — what it depends on

E-E-A-T (15 %): experience, expertise, authority, trust. Outcome visibility (40 %): how well you answer generic, solution-oriented questions. KG completeness (25 %): how clean your knowledge graph is. Market resonance (20 %): how personas in your industry respond to you.
