Tier model
Four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond. The more hotels (or customers in your industry) you have under contract, the higher the commission level. Tier progression is transparent, the conditions are disclosed.
Bronze — the default for new partners
1–4 active customers. Lead-only: 10%. Sale with recurring: 20% + 10% ongoing. Full onboarding: 33% + 100% on modeling. You get in immediately, no entry fee.
Silver, Gold, Diamond — tiers with substance
Silver (5–14 customers): +4% commission. Gold (15–29 customers): +8%. Diamond (30+ customers): +15% plus 50% on full onboarding. Tier progression is automatic — once the threshold is reached, the next month counts under the new tier.
Why these levels — and not 10 or 2
Four tiers reflect what we observe in the partner market: entrants, established, multi-brand professionals, distributors. More levels are bureaucracy, fewer levels become unfair. The thresholds are not sales tricks, they reflect reality.
